Return & exchange

In accordance with Danish legislation an item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, which includes original packaging & tags attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and for the return expenses.

Here, you can fill in the required fields and pay for your return label. Once completed, you'll receive the label, which you can then print and attach to your package.

 

Please note: If you are returning an order from outside Denmark, please contact us at Info@kernemilk.com, and we'll be happy to assist you from there.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you have received a wrong product or have any other inquiries regarding a return, please send an email to info@kernemilk.com

 

If you live in Denmark, you have the possibility to stop by our showroom at Nørrebro.
Monday-Wednesday 10am-4pm and Thursday-Saturday 11am-5pm



Exceptions / non money refundable items:
Unfortunately we do not provide a money refund on sale items bought in our physical store or on gift cards. In this case we do provide free product exchange or a gift card if returned within 14 days after the purchase.
